Our Chef
Chef-Partner Ercan Ekinci, is a Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation. Ercan, originally from Turkey, has trained and worked in both the U.S. and in Europe. He has been honored as "Chef of The Year" for our region by his peers in the ACF. Ercan is glad to help you plan your gourmet activities, be it a simple dinner at home or an elegant event for 500!

Proprietor
Tim "Grand Poohbah" Dwight is a former restaurateur from Virginia who moved back to the Melbourne area in 1989. He is a CWE level-member of the Society of Wine Educators and a Certificate Level Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Tim writes a weekly column, "The Grapevine" on wine events for Florida Today newspaper on Thursdays.

Product Manager
Marianne "The Awesome" Billings is in charge of ordering all our gourmet grocery items. She is a specialist in tracking down those hard to find goodies that you need to create that special recipe! Marianne is always available with great menu suggestions--or the ingredients for a special gift basket!

Catering Director
New to our team is Mrs. Lindsay Richer, a long-time Melbourne resident. She graduated from Florida State University in 2004 with a degree in Business Marketing. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the food service industry from her previous experience as former co-owner and manager of a local beachside restaurant. She strives to create a lasting memory of your event with innovative style.
