First Course:
House selection salad: poached pear & papaya with copped field greens, toasted pecans, & tropical ranch dressing
Second Course:
*Lobster bisque with Sherry and sun dried tomato crostini
*Wild mushroom bisque with black truffle demi-glace
Third Course:
*Grilled Colorado lamb chops with black truffle demi-glace
*Macadamia nut encrusted Chilean sea bass with Champagne au jus
*Broiled Florida lobster tails with Meyer lemon-tarragon butter
*Grilled coriander encrusted beef tenderloin with zin reduction
*Waygu flat-iron steak with cabernet-peppercorn reduction
*Proscuitto wrapped Atlantic sea scallops with Meyer lemon glaze
