Our Chef, Chef-Partner Ercan Ekinci, is a Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation. Ercan, originally from Turkey, has trained and worked in both the U.S. and in Europe. He has been honored as "Chef of The Year" for our region by his peers in the ACF. Ercan is glad to help you plan your gourmet activities, be it a simple dinner at home or an elegant event for 500! |

Proprietor, Tim Dwight is a former restaurateur from Virginia who moved back to the Melbourne area in 1989. He is a CWE level-member of the Society of Wine Educators and a Certificate Level Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Tim writes a weekly column, "The Grapevine" on wine events for Florida Today newspaper on Thursdays.

Store Manager, Sandy Petraccoro is our store manager and assists in all aspects of operations at The Green Turtle. A New Jersey native, Sandy works hard to coordinate all of the various food and wine activities that we undertake.

Executive Sous Chef, Scott Braun works closely with Chef Ercan to oversee kitchen operations; in addition, he is responsible for our wonderful soup de jour program. Also, if you enjoy spicy food, Scott would be glad to offer a few menu suggestions.

Wine Manager, Swiss native (and French and German speaking) Dominique Haas has recently joined with us to oversee our great selection of fine wines, champagnes and ports.
